1. When did you start baking?

I started cooking and baking as a young girl at 10 years old. The baking passion blossomed over many years of perfecting recipes.

2. What are your favorite things to bake?

My absolute favorite thing to bake is a pound cake.

3. How does baking play a role in your self-care?

Baking is very therapeutic for me and often I try and tweak new recipes as a way of self-care.

4. What is the best tip that you can give when it comes to being a great baker?

My best tip is to “follow” the recipe! It’s not like cooking.
