Save that Purse Strap
Before you toss out that handbag or you decide to repurpose a purse, take a good look at the strap to see if you can use it to restyle another purse.
Add a strap to a handbag by transitioning into a cross body bag, or a shoulder bag simply by attaching a longer strap to the handles.
If you have two purses that are either the same color or close in color, you can restyle a purse and make it look brand new. Keep in mind that leather does not have to be the same texture.
I used an embossed snake pattern strap and paired it with a regular leather handbag.
The shape of the bag does not matter.
